The Met x Eichholtz presents the Cushion Diana, inspired by the spotted panther skin worn by Madame Bergeret de Frouville as Diana, the goddess of the hunt, in Jean Marc Nattier’s (French, 1685–1766) 1756 painting in The Met collection.

HISTORIC PROVENANCE
